      This is a very nice, clear sequence of yoga classes, with foundational poses that build on each other for increased strength and flexibility. I like that the videos are on the shorter side, so it’s easy to commit to doing each day. Jess has a sweet, friendly demeanor and is good at breaking down the positions. I’ve been doing yoga for many years, but I enjoyed this sequence as a way to reconnect to some of the basic poses and tenets of yoga. I always look forward to doing the next day.

      This is actually really good! There are 30 different workouts, one for each day and I have learned new things from every single episode. Jess is a great instructor! I’ve been able to master several the basic yoga poses and practicing to get the more advanced one down too!

      This is a wonderful series of videos. Jess takes the time to walk the viewer through the poses, focusing on the fundamentals of the practice. She has a cheery voice and incorporates a good deal of encouragement. I like this about the series, but her style may not be for everyone. This feels more like attending a yoga class than doing a yoga workout video. This series will require a little of strength to begin and she does incorporate some advanced poses, but there is never the expectation that you need to be able to do them immediately. I would recommend this to anyone from beginners to intermediates who want to review the basic postures. It will likely be basic for an advanced practitioner.
