Some sounds in this album are not pleasing to me., October 14, 2013

I have bought a lot of meditation and soothing music through Amazon and am usually pretty happy. I have erased a few songs from this album because the chanting and singing are not pleasant to me personally. It did not cost much so to erase a few songs was okay. The nature music and background on most of the songs are good and since it is separated into songs I was able to erase the songs that were unpleasant.

When I teach yoga at the fitness center I’m required to have background music… I personally prefer to study yoga without music. I want the students to focus on their yoga and not the music… this is a perfect compilation of gentle background tunes and enough selections to make playlists for two classes!!! And you can’t beat the $1 price… 🙂

One of those pleasurable cd that is comprised of total relaxation both physically/mentally/emotionally. If you find yourself nodding off – that is how effective the cd is! Enjoy to zen moments, or mental relaxation where you have to clear your mind…….keep pushing those thoughts back and focus on how good you are; how you smile often, always take a positive attitude to any problem or ‘fire’ you have to put out. You know it is effective tonally when your canine just passes out!
