      These quick workouts are where I started when I began working out again this year after a back injury. Each of them offers something a little different and the different time lengths help when you need to squeeze a work out in or add one on to something else. Lindsey really explains the poses well, offers alternatives if you can’t quite do something, and it was easy to catch on after a few viewings. They are beginner level (although the ab on is intense!), and I think a good starting place if you are new to yoga or getting back into it. I tried A LOT of videos before I found these and I have not looked for something else since (except to move on to the hour long videos she also has on Amazon). My favorite is the 20 min “weight loss yoga,” I did that one for a few months at least 3 times a week before I moved on to the longer videos she has on here. I still re-visit these if I am short on time and have recommended them to friends and family. If you are interested in the other titles I mentioned, Search Lindsey Samper + “Yoga Sweat and Shape” or “Beginners Total Body Flow” I hope Amazon keeps these up, and adds more. They are my favorite!

      I’ve added all 3 of Lindsey Samper’s yoga videos to my practice and am really enjoying them. They’re easy to follow and keep up with, but still challenging and effective. The 10 minute morning flow is great when I’m traveling for work and works great on my laptop or phone in the hotel room.
      I can’t wait to see the next in the series!
